- Writers should link the source directly rather than describing it second hand.
- Writers should avoid copying large passages from a source.
- Writers should revise or remove unsupported claims.
Review dates
Pages should show a “Last reviewed” date only when someone actually checked the page for accuracy. We do not claim clinical review and we do not name a reviewer.
