Clinical Director / Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Rosa Blasi is an LMFT, ( Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) who graduated with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in ‘Addiction & Recovery’ from Antioch University, (one of the first in the country to offer this specialization). Since 2018, she has had the pleasure of working at several dual diagnosis treatment centers for people struggling with mental health and/or addiction as an individual psychotherapist, group facilitator and supervisor.

Dr. Rodney Collins, MD

Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry

Dr. Rodney Collins, MD graduated from the Howard University College of Medicine in 1983. He specializes in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry .

Dr. Moses Nasser, DO

Medical Director / Clinical

Dr. Moses Nasser, D.O., specializes in addiction medicine throughout Southern California, offering comprehensive treatment from outpatient to detox. He is double board-certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine and is experienced in MAT with buprenorphine. Dr. Nasser is dedicated to combining excellent medical care with compassionate, heart-centered healing, addressing both the mind and the brain to tackle the roots of addiction. He seeks opportunities to lead and enhance patient care and recovery in addiction medicine.

Zak Poyo obtained his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from California State University Northridge. He received a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in Greenville, South Carolina. Zak is also a certified Integrative Body Psychotherapy practitioner from the IBP institute in Venice, California.​

Zak is a Somatic Psychotherapist living and working in Los Angeles. He specializes in the mind-body connection, particularly as it relates to addictive patterns. Zak believes that when we look at our connection to ourselves, it gives us vital information for healing and change. The work Zak does with clients and residents serves to break old destructive patterns and lead the way to healing deep-seated emotional injuries.

Zelina Rich

Recovery Coach/ Sober Companion

Selina has been a professional companion for nearly a decade and has 15 years in recovery herself. She provides in house 24/6 trauma. informed care Selina has devoted her life to supporting women as they enter early recovery, walking alongside them with kindness and empathy. She is a calm presence that will help provide the feeling of safety which we all need and deserve.

Although Selina is trained in DBT she also shares the tools and skills she has acquired from personal life experience to assist in coregulating, firmly believing we are not designed to do this alone.

Hello, I’m Adolfo E. Soriano Jr. I have a passion for helping individuals achieve their best selves, I bring both lived and loved experiences to my work. I am currently pursuing degrees in psychology and human services. I am dedicated to making a positive impact on my community. My goal is to reunite families and guide individuals in their journey towards self discovery and fulfillment.

Sharon Eshaghpour, LCSW

Sharon Eshaghpour, LCSW

Counselor / Group Facilitator

For over 25 years Sharon Eshaghpour has counseled adults, adolescents and children. She is licensed in California and New York. Sharon received her Bachelors degree at New York University and her Masters in Social Work at The Hunter School of Social Work. She obtained post graduate training at The Post Graduate Center for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in New York City. She completed an additional two years of training at Thrive Infant- Family program in Los Angeles and completed a certificate program in Psychoanalytic adult work at Psychoanalytic Center of California. In addition, she has extensive training in Somatic Experiencing.

The underpinnings of Sharon’s approach is informed by psychodynamic and attachment theory. She also weaves Somatic Experiencing into her work to address a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, developmental trauma and shock trauma.
